Paper Walk uploader
A small personal tool that uploads Paper Walk episodes to the Paper Walk YouTube channel.
What Paper Walk is
Paper Walk is a podcast-style series that walks through new robotics and machine-learning research papers. Each episode is a conversation between two hosts, shown over the pages of the paper being discussed.
What the uploader does
- Uploads finished Paper Walk episodes to the Paper Walk channel on YouTube, as Private videos.
- Adds each upload to the channel's own playlists.
- Reads the channel and playlist details, to check it is about to upload to the right channel.
It uses the YouTube Data API, with permission granted once by the channel's owner through Google sign-in.
Who uses it
Only the owner of the Paper Walk channel. It is not a public service: it runs on the owner's own computer, and nobody else signs in to it.
